Noma Collective ("we", "us", "our") operates the Noma mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our App.
By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
When you sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email address. In this case, Apple provides a unique, private relay email address that forwards to your real email. We treat this relay address as your account email. We do not attempt to discover or store your real email address if you choose to hide it.

When you connect with a partner, the following data is shared: your display name, your liked names, and your purchased pack entitlements. This sharing is initiated by you and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the partnership.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We have never sold personal data and have no plans to do so.
Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers in the European Union (Germany West Central). We implement encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), secure authentication via Firebase, database access restrictions, and server-side input validation.
All account data is retained until you delete your account. IP addresses are not stored persistently. We do not retain data longer than necessary.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings. Contact trinityappsengineering@gmail.com to exercise any rights.
The App is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Data is stored and processed in the EU. Transfers comply with the GDPR.
The App uses Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In. Their respective privacy policies apply when you authenticate.
California residents may request access to and deletion of personal data. We do not sell personal information.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or continue as a guest user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
When you sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email address using Apple's private email relay service. If you disable email forwarding, you may not receive important account communications.
You agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts containing false information.
Guest accounts are tied to a single device and may not be recoverable if the device token is lost.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

Name data is curated for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
By connecting with a partner, you consent to sharing your liked names, display name, and pack entitlements. Either partner may disconnect at any time; shared entitlements will be revoked.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are handled by the respective store. Shared purchases are revoked upon partner disconnection; the original purchaser retains access.
The App and its content are owned by Noma Collective. "Noma" and "The Organic Cradle" are trademarks of Noma Collective.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Name data is for informational and entertainment purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noma Collective shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
The App uses Google and Apple authentication, subject to their terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
