Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Noma mobile application ("App") operated by Noma Collective ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or continue as a guest user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
When you sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email address using Apple's private email relay service. If you disable email forwarding, you may not receive important account communications.
You agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts containing false information.
Guest accounts are tied to a single device and may not be recoverable if the device token is lost.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

Name data is curated for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
By connecting with a partner, you consent to sharing your liked names, display name, and pack entitlements. Either partner may disconnect at any time; shared entitlements will be revoked.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are handled by the respective store. Shared purchases are revoked upon partner disconnection; the original purchaser retains access.
The App and its content are owned by Noma Collective. "Noma" and "The Organic Cradle" are trademarks of Noma Collective.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free.
All name data, meanings, etymologies, historical descriptions, cultural context, pronunciation guides, and other informational content provided through the App is for general informational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or correctness of any such data. Name origins, meanings, and cultural associations may vary by region, dialect, and historical period, and may be subject to scholarly debate.
You acknowledge that you use any data or content provided by the App entirely at your own risk and discretion. Noma Collective is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data, regardless of how such data was generated or sourced.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noma Collective shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to any reliance on name data, meanings, or other content provided through the App.
Without limiting the foregoing, Noma Collective shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or harm resulting from decisions made based on information provided in the App, including but not limited to the naming of a child, the interpretation of cultural or historical significance, or any other use of the data.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
The App uses Google and Apple authentication, subject to their terms.
The App uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to collect anonymous usage data such as screen views, feature interactions, and session duration. This data is used solely to improve the App and is not used for advertising or user profiling. Your use of the App constitutes consent to the processing of anonymous analytics data by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
