Yes! Noma is free to download and use. You get a generous selection of names to discover right away. If you want to explore more, you can unlock additional cultural Name Packs through in-app purchases.

One partner generates a unique connection code from the app and shares it with the other. Once connected, you both swipe through names independently. Names you both like appear in your "Both Liked" list — no peeking at each other's choices until there's a match!

Name Packs are curated collections of names from specific cultures and regions — such as Japanese, French, Spanish, Italian, African, and many more. Each pack is handpicked for cultural richness, beautiful meanings, and diversity. When you purchase a pack, it's automatically shared with your connected partner.

Absolutely. Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers in the European Union. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't use advertising trackers or device fingerprinting. You can read our full Privacy Policy for all the details.

You can delete your account directly within the Noma app. Open the app, go to the Settings menu, and scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll find a Delete Account option there. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, including liked names, matches, and partner connections.

Of course! Noma works great as a solo experience. You can discover, like, and save names on your own. The partner matching feature is there when you're ready — but it's completely optional.
